Why buy CathyBee candles compared to other candles?

We are so proud to say that our candles are 100% natural, organic and vegan. We use a blend of coconut and soy wax which burns cleaner and longer. We don’t use any paraffin wax found in a lot of cheaper candles in the market. Paraffin is not eco friendly, is not renewable, does not burn cleanly and releases toxic chemicals when burned.

Why are CathyBee candles more expensive than other candles in the market?

The cheaper candles are made of paraffin wax (please see answer above). Our candles are more expensive because we use 100% natural wax blends and premium fragrance scents. We carefully researched and chose products that are more sustainable, cleaner and superior to other products in the market.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments in USD on our website for Los Angeles Candles only.

What are the shipping options and costs?

Our Los Angeles candles are shipped by quantity and weight. We have a $7 flat fee for shipping. Watch out for Free Shipping CODES on our website.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships out, we will email you an estimated delivery date and tracking number.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We inspect our candles carefully before shipping. Due to the nature of our candles, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund candles that are damaged during shipment. Please take a photo of the damage and submit it to candles@cathybee,com within 7 days of delivery.
