  • Custom or personalized orders will require additional processing time, which will be communicated upon order confirmation.

FOR USA PURCHASE:

  • We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your preferences.

  • Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process.

  • We primarily use USPS for domestic and international shipments.

FOR MANILA AND SYDNEY PURCHASE:

Please email us at candles@cathybee.com to arrange purchase, pick up or delivery.

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and order weight.

  • Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before payment.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
